SHIPPING POLICY
At Mia Siya, every order is prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping details before placing your order to ensure a seamless experience. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International shipments to Canada and the United Kingdom are fulfilled through USPS.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

- Priority Shipping – $16.00 (2–3 business days)
- Express Shipping – $35.00 (overnight / 1 business day)
CANADA
- Standard Shipping – $25.00
- Economy Shipping – $45.00
WARRANTY & RETURNS
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If your item arrives damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly replace it.
If the incorrect item was ordered, exchanges may be offered; however, the customer is responsible for any price difference and return shipping.
All returns must be pre-approved, prepaid, and securely packaged. We strongly recommend using protective packaging identical to how your order was received.
Please note: Mia Siya is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit unless shipped through our authorized process.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
PRODUCTION TURNAROUND
Each Mia Siya order is prepared with care. Most pieces ship within 2–5 business days.
If an item is marked sold out, please email us and we will gladly provide availability updates or restock information whenever possible.
RETURN WINDOW
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 3 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
We truly want you to love your piece, and we are always here to assist where possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or fees resulting from incorrect addresses or post-shipment changes.
All discounted and clearance items are final sale.
Our jewelry is handcrafted and delicate. Slight variations in gemstones and materials are part of their natural beauty and uniqueness. No two stones are ever identical.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review and arrange a replacement where applicable. Some collections may offer alternative solutions depending on availability.
GIFTING
Every Mia Siya piece is thoughtfully packaged in a signature black cotton-lined box.
If your order is a gift, we are delighted to include a handwritten note upon request. Simply email us your message after checkout.
