Purchases from MiaSiya will be shipped via First Class Mail for all domestic order. NOW shipping to Canada.

If the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly replace it at no cost. We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.
All return packages are to be prepaid and securely shipped. It is highly advised that you return any jewelry in a protected package, just the way it was sent to you.
Mia Siya does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
For any concerns, the question regarding sending an item back to us, first establish a contact with us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping the item/package you intend to return.
DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
PLEASE KNOW: If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.
We do our level best to ensure that our online orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. We have been appreciated for our turnaround time and plan to maintain this reputation we have been bestowed upon. Many of our items are all ready and waiting for a place to call its home. If you see an item that is SOLD, Kindly inform us via e-mail: email@example.com and we will notify you of its availability. We would always want to treat you the way we would want to be treated!
Kindly send the return in its original packaging. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept requests for refund or exchange within 3 days after your purchase date.
You MUST notify us within the first 2-day time frame via e-mail if you plan to return your item.
If the e-mail comes after the 3rd day, kindly know that the item will NOT be eligible for return. We want YOU to be happy with your purchase so kindly meet us halfway and we will do our best to work with you.
REMINDER: We will not accept any returns/refunds/exchanges 3 days after the purchase date. Before the allotted 3 day policy, any item/items you may not be satisfied with will gladly be refunded, if that is what you would want. We want to make sure your experience with Mia Siya is smooth, comfortable and satisfactory.
Please make sure the address you enter during checkout is the most updated address. If the package is returned to us, we will need the shipping fees again to resend the item to you. Mia Siya is not responsible for incorrect addresses or extra charges that may occur from changing an address once it has already shipped. If you provided an incorrect address at checkout or request an address change once your order has shipped, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may occur.
Discounted/Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Our Jewelry is delicate and some designs are handmade and require immense care. Please note: We are not responsible for any normal wear and tear damages to the item after 7 days. Moreover, gemstones and other materials used have the potential to be a little deceiving, since the setting and size is a matter of crafting it right.
For our gemstones designs, please know NO two gemstones can ever be alike. We try to provide as much detail needed for each item. Photography can be a little off sometimes as well. Please read through our knowledge corner to learn more about the maintenance of each gemstone and care tips for silver jewelry.
If you may have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to write to us. We will respond promptly.
If the order is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 24 hours. Please ship the order back to us and we will do our best to send you a replacement order. If for any reason, that item is from our Posh Collection, we may notify you of the other possibilities. However, shipping fees will apply.
SOLD OUT ITEMS:
We are always designing new jewelry for our collections. However, if you see something that is ‘sold out’ or have any questions about any item, please e-mail us and we will be more than happy to look into it and gladly sell it to you if more are manufactured. Our shipments are always in our- know-how, and we might be able to give you an idea of its status or add your items in a WISH LIST category for your convenience.
Are you sending a gift and want to include a message? Just leave us the instructions in an e-mail and we will be happy to include a handwritten note on your behalf.
Your purchase will be sent in a black cotton filled box with much love, care and a personal touch. Mia Siya ensures you never forget the experience.
